There are multiple ways to stay on the farm. Our accommodations are newly renovated and ready for you to enjoy the abundance and beauty of farm life. The main windows overlook ten acres of budding lavender and golden pasture land, lined on two sides by rich, evergreen forests. If you’re looking to retreat from the bustle of city life, our farm is just the place.
Our Lavender Suite looks out on the lavender fields and slopes of Turtleback Mountain. It comfortably hosts a couple or solo guest, and includes full cooking facilities as well as a private patio for outdoor dining.
The Guest House features three separate bedrooms, and hosts up to six people. For outdoor meals, reading, and relaxing, there’s a large deck in the back overlooking the lavender fields, and a patio in the front with a view of the extensive gardens.
Plan Your Visit
At OrcaSong, we encourage everyone to visit a real working farm. Stroll through our OrcaSong Sensory Garden, pick your own lavender at the u-pick, watch the beehives producing real honey and learn how essential oil is made. Children can run amongst the trees and play in our children’s playground. You can stop by our Farmstand Apothecary and pick up Orcas Island-made gifts, crafts and food. Don’t miss out on a scoop of Clever Cow ice cream inside the shop.
We offer guided tours of the farm, including a demonstration of the Essential Oil distiller, explanations of what we are growing and why, and education offerings in our Demonstration garden. Come see what we are planting, growing, experimenting with and harvesting. All ages are welcome.
We recommend making your ferry reservations well in advance.
Appropriate Clothing & Footwear
Orcas Island experiences micro-climates so come prepared for your stay. Wear comfortable footwear and a light jacket.
